We provide the sanitary RJT unions as followings

● Inner Ra 0.6, External Ra 0.8

● Grade: SS304, SS316L

● Inner Ra0.4 to meet food requirement; surface is smooth and elegant

● Gaskets are compliant with FDA

● Made from forging


● Gasket: EPDM, SILICONE, PFTE, NBR. Both RJT stepped gasket and RJT O ring is available.


● we use first class LG ZAMAK CNC to machining. Therefor our CNC parts are exactly correct size without any human error.

For unions, ... After products are finished, we recheck the roundness, thickness uniformity, Ra value, sand hole, surface uniformity. So after these inspection, the fittings are of excellent quality.
